Welcome To Nicole's Blog

This is what is wrong with the world... You force a child who barely knows herself into marriage, without her consent...and expect her to be happy and accept It?! I can never understand this and the fact that a country in this millennial age doesn't see marital rape as a crime is appalling! Rape is rape and should be addressed as such be it marital or otherwise! The poor child is traumatized and psychologically unbalanced and she gets the death sentence.... extremely wrong...what sort of culture is this! I hope it gets the attention of the international media ... and she gets some kind of help! I will follow up on this story...#sad

On my way to church this morning on third mainland bridge ..there was traffic... It was a first knowing that it's a Sunday morning where the roads are usually free flowing. I look ahead and see alot of commotion and the first thing that comes to mind is .... Accident there were LASEMA (Lagos State Emergency Management Agency) vehicles by the barricade and officials trying to direct the traffic. I could see a crane abi is it a lift now (those things they use in lifting heavy equipments) anyhuu..it was obvious that they were trying to get something out of the water. On getting close to the scene ..they had like 5 cars involved ..a burnt car on the side and 4 other cars. I see human beings with blood all over.. my heart skipped and I started speaking in tongues and angry at myself for even looking.  I didn't understand why there were a lot of officials and media house recording and videoing ... nobody seemed to be interested in  attending to the  victims... I...

After the retial of Bill Cosby's  sexual assault , and the jury found the  legendary TV dad guilty on all 3 counts of aggravated indecent assault. The jury of 7 men and 5 women deliberated a full day before reaching their verdict and finding Cosby guilty of drugging and molesting Andrea Constand in 2004 at his home. Shame... an 80 year old man will do time for a crime he's been convicted of  committing years ago...see why the saying 'Karma is a bi***' is so true... The universe always pays you back in full! We have to be careful the...

A former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, has said he would restructure Nigeria in six months if elected president in the 2019 elections. Mr Abubakar stated this Wednesday during a question and answer session at the Chatham House in UK after delivering a lecture titled: “The Importance of Strengthening State Economic Management Systems”. He also said he would offer a matching grant of $250 million each to the 36 states of the federation to challenge them to enhance their Internally Generated Revenue. He said he was not surprised by President Muhammadu Buhari’s statement that Nigerian youth were lazy because he (Buhari) had never managed a business. “It is doable. In fact, what I’ve told many Nigerians at home is that if you give me six months, I know I will be able to achieve a fast level of restructuring, otherwise the concurrent list issue. “It’s very easy to deal with it because there is no state that you will call and say ‘I want to give you this responsibility toge...
