“I removed my womb, i won't be able to have kids-Nollywood actress Nse Ikpe-Etim  She made the disclosure at her recent event tagged “Conversation With Nse” in Lagos. The actress revealed that she was diagnosed with Adenomyosis, about three years ago. Adenomyosis is a genealogical medical condition whereby the inner lining of the uterus breaks through the muscle wall of the uterus. According to her: “I was told I couldn’t have kids. And so, I had to remove my womb to make me have a life again and to stop going through what I was going through. . . “And I’m literarily telling women and men, it really doesn’t matter if you can’t bear children. What really matters is what you would do for the world, for the universe. “When I was first told by the doctor that I would have to remove my womb to live a normal life, tears dropped and then my husband squeezed my hand. . . “It was reassuring that there was someone there and it was telling me that this is reality, my reality. Nicole's Journal... Friends Who Marry and Cut You Off Because You Are Single!!!

Image
Okay...so I never understand this thing girls do.. Why is it that when your single friends get married they cut you off cause in their head you are bad luck and it's a taboo to hang around single girls seeing that they have left the single girls club! That's how a friend of mine used me during her wedding planning but the moment the wedding was over  'puff' she was gone with the wind...like I am some sort of plaque! I didn't hear from her again until she needed me for her baby's dedication! (story for another day!) Recently I bought an asoebi from a friend of a mutual friend.. I was practically forced to get it...guess what....I didn't get invited for the wedding! I'm wondering if any one has experienced such before..so they reach out to you to get asoebi but forget to send you an invitation for the D-day Funny yea!? Arrrgh 🤣🤣🤣 I'm going to spare y'all the details..not important!

We’ve all heard that during weddings, but I want to share my story about it. The something old and something blue is this 1992 Geo Metro. I remember when I bought a car just like this in the 90s. After leaving my job, trying to do my play and it not working out, I had nothing. I was so broke and hungry I couldn’t afford rent. I ended up homeless and sleeping in this kind of car. I was so heartbroken cause I had a dream. I knew that my plays could work, but nothing I did was having any success. After another failed attem...

Been a minute huh!? After the news of an OAP....passing on recently and for the few days that followed her picture was almost everywhere on social media  Condolence messages followed suit with appreciation for the gift that she was...everyone one had something nice and beautiful to say about her..some explained their connections to her. This got me pondering... on the fact that she is gone and won't see all the beautiful messages and I began to ask...was she aware of this love shown to her at  death whilst she was alive? I think it's time we move beyond this whole social media frenzy and actually show and let our friends and loved ones know how much we care and love them...cause we never know when God will need them back! Call keep intouch...tell them you love them meet up....catch up with what's happening in their lives It's not when they are gone...you start to sing praises... They don't need it and won't see it! A friend on Facebook tal...
